She graduated from the University of the Free State in 2017 with an honours degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. After completing her community service year at clinics and hospitals in Graaff Reinet, she worked as a clinical dietitian at Mediclinic Bloemfontein. Practice Owner & Biokineticist

Juan Oosthuizen is a passionate biokineticist with over 6 years of hands-on experience in orthopaedic rehabilitation and return-to-sport programming. He has developed and refined effective rehab protocols to help patients recover confidently after injuries and operations from joint replacements to ligament repairs and overuse injuries.

Driven by his own background as a competitive runner, cyclist, and rock climber, Juan brings a deep understanding of movement and injury recovery into every session. His approach combines evidence-based rehab with sport-specific insight to ensure each patient regains full function and returns stronger.

Juan also offers expert running gait analysis and customised return-to-running programs. He is a qualified Level 1 cycling coach and bike setup specialist, as well as a Pilates instructor, using movement therapy to aid recovery and prevent re-injury.
