Returns & Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds:

  1. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for consumable products.
  2. Once a consumable product has been purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded, unless it arrives damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Products:

  1. If a consumable product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact our customer service team within 7 business days of receiving the product.
  2. Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  3. Upon verification, customers may receive a replacement product or a refund for the damaged or defective item.
